Free tracked shipping on every order, arriving in about two weeks.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched promptly and typically arrive in about two weeks. You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment yours leaves us.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination. If your order hasn’t moved for more than a week, email us and we’ll chase it.

Christmas timing

Allowing about two weeks for delivery, order by around 15 November to begin the countdown on December 1st. We keep shipping through December, and a calendar started late still works — you just open a couple of doors on day one.

Returns

If your calendar arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, message us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Because the calendar is a sealed surprise, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns once the doors have been opened — but if it’s unopened and still sealed, you have 30 days to send it back.
