Ordering & delivery

When will it arrive?
Delivery takes about two weeks, with free tracking emailed as soon as it’s on its way.

When should I order by for Christmas?
Order by around 15 November to be opening door one on December 1st. Later still works for Christmas — it just means opening a couple of doors at once on day one.

How much is shipping?
Free, on every order.

The calendar

What’s inside?
24 charms and beads behind 24 numbered doors, plus two bracelet chains with adjustable extenders and a gift-ready box.

Will it fit?
Chains are roughly 20 cm with an extender, suiting most wrists from teen to adult.

What are the charms made of?
Gold-tone alloy with coloured enamel detailing. Keep them dry and away from perfume and they’ll stay bright.

Do I need tools?
No. Every charm clips or slides straight onto the chain.
